DC 250 не работает сенсорный экран
 

Доброго времени суток! Подскажите, может кто сталкивался: перестал работать сенсор на экранчике. Проблема именно в блоке, ибо на другом аппарате он такеж отказывается рабоать. СЦ ксерокса в нашем городе (Уфа) ничего не могут предложить, поэтому хотелось бы узнать, может кто может принять на дистанционный ремонт (с пересылкой) или просто что-то посоветовать. Ксерокс предлагает замену за 2к усд. ((

Всё гораздо проще и экономичнее.
Эта неисправность наиболее вероятнее из за повреждения проводников сенсорного наружного стекла, стекла на которое производится нажатие, оно меняется отдельно, заказать можно например в А1ТИС, у меня был такой случай с привезенными из Европы Xerox DC250/252, на одном аппарате не было ни какой реакции при нажатии на "функции" ЖКИ панели управления/мониторе аппарата Xerox DC250, в итоге путем перебрасывания всех плат пульта/монитора управления, ЖКИ матрицы и стекла, вычислил что проблема в "сенсорном стекле", я заказывал стекло через 1ТИС, артикул/счет затерялся, сейчас не подскажу артикул этого стекла. Проще прозвонить в тех.отдел 1ТИС, лучше утром пока Инженеры не разьехались по выездам, попросить Инженеров посмотреть в партс каталоге артикул этого стекла, и сделать заказ у менеджера тех.отдела, думаю что стандартно придется ждать прихода стекла 21-45 рабочих дней.
